I just randomly got this idea. What would Enchanting Music Discs look like?

Something I always admired was Minecraft’s gift of music. They did a really good job coming up with them. But what if they.....could, have a purpose? Enchanted Discs do not effect the player, instead, it would effect the environment surrounding them. What if music discs were something very special, something they can do that other items CANNOT..... you can enchant them at a Enchantment table. Now, certain discs can do different things. Their names could mean something.
for example:
“Wait” disc Available Enchantments - everything within hearing slows down exhaustedly, Players that attacked you, will be unable to sprint if they hear the music. Even The day/Night cycle will slow down too! Mobs that are also in reach are slowed down CONSIDERABLY.
The Louder the music is to their ears , the more effective the enchantment is.

Amplifier — A magnet that consumes any sound, and spits it out harder
the amplifier is a electronic device that can boost the jukebox. This allows audio discs to TRAVEL Farther, the jukebox’s music will be able to be heard with a longer range, incredibly useful for Enchanted Discs.
