Topaz would be an ore that spawns near granite, it would allow for a few potions to be crafted, including Ward Potions, which would stop you from getting other effects, including, but not limited to wither, levitation, and Bad Omen.
I think this would be a great addition to the game, many other effects were believed to come from Topaz, including an increase in body heat, which could stop the new freezing effect.
