A village above the highest mountain

A village at the top of the mountain, and there will be new farmers and villagers, and there will be new flowers growing on the top of the mountain only, and a village house frozen and frozen caves, and there is a chance of a snow event

    It reminds me of the idea of the Sensei, which has a monastery on the mountains
