Curse of Noobifying

When a curse of noobifying is added to an item, the owner slowly loses all positive enchantments from all enchanted items and gets the opposite effects.

honestly sounds really nice but i feel like if the his curse was more like a curse of blandness it would be a bit better. the curse would not allow any extra enchants added just cant be added to the item and cant be removed using a grindstone. EX a golden axe has efficiency 3 from a ruing portal has this curse then if you tryed to use a bokk or another axe to enchant it using an anvil it wont allow the enchant to be added but only the duribility.
