An enchantment that lets you move quicker while drawing your bow

Currently the player slows down when drawing a bow, like when sneaking. The bow should get a new enchantment that makes the walking speed less slow. That way you could move more freely with your bow drawn and ready, which would give you a reasonable advantage, for example when strafing or chasing.

    Each piece of armor that has this could increase your speed, or each level of this enchantment

    If it only affected the bow, it wouldn't make sense for this to be an armour enchantment. This would be pretty useless on armour. But like you said, this could "apply to other actions that slow you down". Moving faster while eating, drinking, blocking, sneaking... Though it could become pretty overpowered that way.

    Maybe this could be a treasure enchantment, like Frost Walker. If being faster in those other things as well was overpowered, the rarity would balance it out.
