Moveable Endpirtal Frames

I Belive we Should be able to move the Endpirtal Frames and put them in our houses but I don't think you'd be able to pick them up with any old pickaxe to keep it ballenced it should be a Nethrite Pick because otherwise it would be over powered. It would also be nice as a reward for players who grinded for netgerite by allowing to take the portal home.

  I like the idea of allowing ender portal frames to be used in survival, but maybe you also need silk touch on the netherite pickaxe and there's a 1/10 chance they'll break to make it riskier/harder
