How would it be, if map makers could rewrite parts of the source code of minecraft? Endless ways to play minecraft! You could make whole different games based on vanilla minecraft. You want a space map? No problem. Just change the gravity behavior and Oxygen management. Make new dimensions, maybe put some whole new mechanics into your map. Some black holes, asteroids, NPCs, better weather, volcanoes or whatever you can imagine. Clearly the blocky look of minecraft needs to be safed. But many funktions should be changeable trought some easy text files. And most importantly is to keep this feature easy so many users can understand and make wonderful worlds for everyone to play. This whole thing could be realized like resource or data packs and would complete the existing editing features for minecraft.

    I also share this idea, and I know that there are many possibilities to do this, but Mojang, if you read this, its often very complicated to do this. I followed maybe 5 or 6 tutorials on youtube, but no one worked. It would be really nice if there was an option to do it easily.
