Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Greenstone (Waterproof Redstone)

My idea would be a concept for waterproof redstone in which one harvests turtle scutes and then combines them with redstone to make greenstone, a power source that works under water. Another way I could see this being done is through the upcoming addition of copper. This would allow the making redstone pipes (redstone surrounded by copper) that allow 3D energy travel underwater.
