Slow falling potions should make player not make vibration

Since the Slow falling potions drastically lower the player's weight. I thought about it making the player step and fall stop sending vibrations to Skulker and the Warden.

    Well, crouching already hides the sound, so you could just crouch before you hit the ground

    Of course the player can already crouch, but if you think in other mobs, it is very useful to silence their vibrations in some cases. Also give the slow falling potion another use, giving the phantom a very unique propose for redstone contraptions. ^^

    Crouching is not a very good system for navigating the deep dark, since it is really slow. A potion of slow falling would make it way better.
