Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

More Block types for stairs, slabs, and walls. Ex. Netherite Stairs, etc

Hi, Fellow Minecrafters

I had an idea about diamond blocks then I noticed that no one has ever covered the topic I thought about. I thought that if Mojang doesn't want to do the vertical slabs so make slabs, stairs, walls, and the other types of things that aren't blocks of valuables like diamond blocks, gold, iron, emerald, netherite, and lapis. I forget if there are more ores like those, but there is a catch since not everyone is going to have stacks of diamonds and netherite to waste on stairs and slabs. So what could happen is that to get these variants of different blocks you could 1. Have a builder Villager to sell these for emeralds. You can't change the netherite slabs (or any of the other types) back in the block form and get free netherite. 2. You would have to craft it using a block and turn it in the slab or stairs using the stonecutter, but that would be really hard and expensive.

I hope this could be adapted into the game because I think it would be a great addition to the game and would make some more angles using valuable blocks for building.

P.S. One time in C mode I made a full netherite beacon and had to use Blackstone stairs and wanted netherite stars so it could blend way better.

    I agree.
    Some blocks are also acailable as a slab and stairs.
    Like the quartz and some stones.
    But some are only available as a block.
    For example the concrete blocks.
    If they would also be available as a slab and/or stairs we could build nicer buildings, streets, highways, landshapes, etcetera. For a up- and down going street or highway we can do it with a slab. Would look much better than with a block.
