Old Combat as a Gamerule

Make the old Combat from before 1.9 come back but as a gamerule for people to change and set at the start of a world. Then large servers that prefer the old combat will be able to continue to use new features and the old ones they like as well!
the old combat would, turn on block hitting, remove shields (not delete them but make them unusable) and make the combat the way it used to be before 1.9

  I do agree with this system! Mojang please recognize this and use it!
