Make crimson planks and warped burn in furnace

Crimson and warped planks do not burn in a furnace like  Birchwood. I want to change that so it burns in a furnace.

    They are meant to be fireproof as they come from the Nether. It's a balance; you can't use them in a furnace but they won't burn in builds

    The reason is, nether wood doesn't burn if you use flint and steel on it (or any other way to set something alight) although, for some reason, sticks made from warped and crimson wood still burn.

    That would make no sense, as the wood could easily burn in the nether if it wasn't fire resistant. And if it's fire resistant, how can it burn in a furnace?
