Freeze Enchantment for swords and bows.

Now that Powder snow is a thing and freezing to death is an actual mechanism in the game, I think it'd be a good time to act an icy version of the Flame enchantment for swords and bow. It would give the freeze effect to the target with the ice border in screen and ice hearts. And you can't get rid of it using water.

    Maybe the Frost Walker enchantment could be renamed to Frost Aspect which could both also be applied to swords and bows?

    Freezing could slow attack speed.
