Goats charging by teasing

Taking a look at the new goats, it's almost impossible to make them charge at you or trees to gather their horn. Maybe if we could tease them like you would a bull. From crouching repeatedly to maybe even a smell you get from a certain animal that they hate, there should be a way to make them want to charge?

    The smell thing being almost as a potion effect like "scent of... Causes goats to charge at you"
