New curse enchantment - Blindness

When the warden gets added, we should get another enchantment based off of it... Blindness curse enchantment, which makes everything black and anything that makes sounds glows based on the sound made. Finally, this can only be added to helmets and rarely drops from the warden.

  It would be cooler if you could put it on a spyglass too :)
