Strongholds should only only be able to spawn in the deep dark biome.

I think that this would be good because it would add to the difficulty and make the player have to encounter the warden at least once in its playthrough. Plus, it would make the strongholds much more dangerous since the player would also have to avoid the constant threat of wardens patrolling around.
