Wizardry.

The lligers (villagers, illigers, pilligers, ect) can use magic, so why are we powerless?

Magic is one of those things in minecraft that players cant use even though other humanoids can. I would like to see some sort of magic gauntlet perhaps that would let us shoot fireballs, summon vex´s, do whatever the spiky things are that the evoker does, and much more.

 

Maybe we could make stronger potions, summon minions, teleport like an enderman, the posibilities are endless! 

There could be a wizard mob we could find in a tower on the new mountains where they would sell many magical items.

    I feel like using real magic, like casting spells, summoning or controlling creatures, it would change too much the game. After all it is Minecraft not Minecastspellcraft. We woud no longer be miners and builders and crafters of things. Magic as we currently employ to enchant books, tools and weapons are sufficient. If there was a villager able to perform magic though, that would be cool, but not us. If we players are that versatile it's kind of OP. In fact the villagers should be the ones doing the enchanting for us like a service they are providing in a society that each people is good at something different. We mine, craft and build, they enchant stuff... and do their current other stuff too.
