Skeleton and Pillager reloading time in Minecraft bedrock

Skeletons are too OP because they reload way too quickly and its annoying. Pillagers also reload way too quicky and its like if they have Quick charge in their crossbows but they don't!

    Yes, I always die because of them, because they're spamming me from 2 sides!
