Adding Java edition to consoles.

I think that minecraft Java edition should be available on consoles. Many people that I know have a console that they can play on but not a pc. I think that it should be separate from bedrock edition. Also, just like the bedrock edition it can be cross play with people who have Java edition on other consoles. I don’t think that it would be too difficult and would be definitely worth the time spent doing this.

    The main reason that Java Edition wasn't on last gen consoles, is because, Java coding is harder, for a CPU to run, compared to C++ coding (which is what Bedrock Edition is). The last gen consoles CPUs, and amount of ram were most likely not sufficient, to run Minecraft Java. The next gen consoles, however, are more than capable of running this, having a better CPU, than most PC players, and 16GB of ram. Java edition is better, in many aspects, in my opinion, and I would be overjoyed, if Java came, to console!

    I think that bedrock should be on phones and that is the reason bedrock edition is so small in download size and also my game lags alot because it is for phones so if we include java onto consoles that I believe can run it then we wouldn't have so many bugs and glitches

    I really hope java gets added, cause I'm in a discord room where all they play on is java(on a server), and nothing for bedrock, so I'm missing out on alot of things going on, so I really do hope they add it

    Dude, if this happened, bedrock "bugrock" edition wouldn't need to exist. That would be the best timeline. We don't live in the best timeline. Microsoft needs their marketplace money. Just have a battle to the death with Apple and download PojavLauncher with a bunch of convoluted steps, or just walk into the google play store and download it. If you wanna play on consoles, jailbreak it and download android. You got it from there. (In fact, I plan to do this.) Even though it's hopeless, you got my vote. :)

    I feel like Java Mc can go onto consoles only when they upgrade there performance this year, but I think consoles like ps5 and Xbox can run it plzzz bring it to console Xbox!
