glow squid ink should make glowing dye

glowing dye can be used to dye banner patterns so that they can glow in the dark (similar to ender man and spiders) and come in ask dye colors it would make shields and banners look really cool in the dark and help with seeing players in the dark at times

  I like this idea because it's all-encompassing with the various posts asking for individual items to glow.  Anything you can use dye on can also get GLOWING DYE (armor, beds, banners, signs, shields, etc).

  The debate is on for making glowing glass, concrete, wool, sheep (kinda want a glowing sheep now - GLOWING JEB!), and such.

  Love it. My idea was same just was going to describe as making florescent dyes. The only concern is the lag it might introduce if everything sparkles. I'd prefer to just make the bright colors if it causes much lag. Suppose a setting to turn sparkle on/off would be good.
