The whole end looks so similar wherever you go, so their isn't much variety. Some new biomes would be a great addition. Their could be a brand new end biome, that literally screams death, that would be horrifying for minecraft, but also cute and has new necessities for players. Their can be a variety of corrupted blocks that would be more of a pale color, with some food that grows that is only native to the end. Once thing it could resemble could be a plant called the Devil's tooth. Also, some ruins could be all across the end that tell a story, possibly of the discovery of another dimension.
Their needs to be more mobs in the end than what we have. Some that sound like great additions could be a type of ghoul that floats around that tries to push the players into the void. Also, some heavy mob could roam around, which would punch players, like the iron golem, but could summon some sort of black hole thing that would pull the player closer to the mob. Finally, the last thing that has been begged by players to be in the game for some time would be a use for the ender dragon egg. The egg has been used as decoration after peoples visit to the end, but have no use. Maybe players could build a sacred ruin and put the egg in the middle, the egg would hatch a baby dragon that would occasionally drop scales for a new armor, which players can feed the new end food to it to cause it to grow and start to fly. The dragon would also make a nice new pet for players.
