Fortune pickaxe has a small percent to drop diamonds from coal ore

Coal ore from a y level of 15 or below should have a small percent chance to drop diamonds.  With every better fortune enchantment it could increase the chances by a little bit.  I respect the idea of coal dropping diamonds with a .001 chance, but that is why we have a fortune enchantment.

    totally wierd cause i have like three fortune 2-3 diamond pics and i have mined like 1000 coal but i like the idea

    Yes that is clever, as both diamond and coal are a form of carbon!
