Consuming Goat milk should reduce fall damage

As of now goats are kinda useless all they do right now is hit players off and just move around. So to bring an actually useful feature to them drinking its milk should reduce the amount of fall damage you take for a specific amount of time.

    Rather than that, make it removes negative effect of potion only would be more useful
