[Console] Finally add Hardcore mode

Finally add Hardcore Mode for consoles. It's been a long time since Minecraft was added for consoles, and it initially had Hardcore mode. This was sadly taken out, and now players are left let down that they can't have the challenge that the PC playerbase already has. It's not something that takes long to implement, so why hasn't it already?

    Please add hardcore back to the console. Regular survival just doesn't cut it as much. And the few hardcore mods that are on console don't do any justice
