Sweep Attack in Pocket Edition

It is annoying how Java players have a big advantage over pocket edition players because they have this sweep attack. This puts pocket edition players at a disadvantage in game. Pocket edition should get the sweep attack update in 1.18

    Well, Java isn't compatible with Bedrock Edition, and as a Java player I personally find sweeping to be one of the worst parts of combat. I mean, if you want villagers to take damage when you hit the zombie that's chasing them down, I guess you could add the feature.

    I agree but it should be the next upgrade not 1.18 because that's ages away

    You should have to do certain movements with your sword to activate sweeping edge, so you won't hurt villagers and zombies at the same time. This could also be used to parry blows from another sword

    A sweeping attack for swords would be very helpful, but being able to swing any weapon or tool without a target would be even more helpful.

    I totally agree with it. Please do something for the sword sweep in pocket edition. It can be triggered by long press on the mobs while holding a sword
