Slush water

A new type of water that generates on mountains. This can give the new freezing effect, like the powder snow, and also slow down the player.

  It should also flow slower, About the same pace as lava, And speed up should it be introduced to a heat source via something like fire or a hot biome. Perhaps even make it able to be fully melted into water should you heat the source block enough or even frozen into all the way into ice somehow. Having a liquid with properties we can control via red stone could have huge implications, Imagine having slush water item transport streams with adjustable speeds.

  perhaps it would have to be that specific water to make basalt
