Silk Web

Silk web is a very thin block that has a slightly stringier texture than that of a cobweb. The unique thing about this block is that players can pass through the bottom and stand on the top kind of like the platforms in various platformers (spiders could potentially pass through the top at will). Silk webs don't slow you down when you walk on them but are bouncy if you land on them. Surrounding a cobweb with string in a crafting table gives you five silk webs. I think this block need to be added because it could be used as a way to make one way entrances and could give map makers more platform options. Silk webs could also be added to mineshafts and a new cave type to add more atmosphere.

  Silk could be used to make clothes that have no armor but can have patterns put on them. They could also just be made with string and/or wool. If cotton plants are added then that could be another source

  Silk worms could be added that produce silk or string.
