Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Spyglass enchantments!

The Spyglass is very useful new item, however it could be even better! My suggestion is that it can have a maximum of 1 enchantment, these would be rare and would only be found in dungeons or traded with villagers. (I have taken and modified some ideas from the community and made my own, also I am bad with names, so take that with a grain of Sault) Scoped lens - makes it so that not only can you now see further, but you can also zoom in and out Revealing - temporarily gives mobs the glowing effect when looked at Sniper's dream - like a scope, it would give a general idea of how high to point depending on the distance of shot you want to make (would work better if it was conbined with a crossbow, either directly by crafting, or indirectly by dual wielding) Night explorer - when looking through the Spyglass it would be like having night vision Fire lense - when in daylight, looking at a mob for a long time would cause it to set fire (rarest enchantment), for balance, it can only be used at midday when the sun is strongest On top of this you could also find Spyglasses with curses on sunken ships, like giving nausea effect, etc...

    I recently saw someone sharing an idea (don't remember the source) of a "discover" enchantment revealing information about a mob like health and behavior

    I wanted to post something following the same idea but then I saw yours so I'd like to help with the names,

    Marksman - highlights any mob that is seen in the hit marker.

    Luminescence -  when looking through the Spyglass it would be like having night vision.

    Optics l, and ll - can see farther with spyglass

    Scorching Lens - Sets fire to a mob at day if hit marker stays locked onto hitbox for 8 seconds (a loading bar to indicate how long)

    The only one that will sold those enchantments will be the traveling merchant or in sunken ships. Other possibility is a new villager, the pirate. He will be found on beaches with a parrot on the shoulder or something like this.

    I agree with the enchantments, specially the highlight for mobs could be really helpful for mob farms or looking for dungeons. I don't quite like the Snipers dream one, tho, I think it doesn't fit the aiming mechanic. But the other ones are really good ideas.

    Love the fire lens it weaponized the spyglass so people will use it
