A use for goat horns / ice cream

  Basically you'd use a goat horn, powdered ice, and probably some other resource so it's not too cheap and you'd be able to make ice cream. It would be similar to soup in the sense that the goat horn wouldn't go away after eating one. There's a lot of unique things you could make it do, like potion infused scoops on the ice cream, and making it give you a lesser version of freezing after eating it due to brain freeze. This should be added as recently there's been too many passive mobs that have virtually no use.
