Paralyzing potion

Potion able to paralyze entities and players for a few seconds. It can be obtained using the lightning rod and the brewing stand containing awkward potions. I thought it could be a good addition in honor of the cave update

    The lightning rod is electrocuted and if there is a brewing stand, with awkward potions, positioned below these become paralyzing potions
