1.17 Caves & Cliffs - Cave Biome Idea: Toxic-spring Caves

Toxic-spring Caves are a cave variant found fairly deep underground in isolated pockets. All throughout this biome you’ll see billowing clouds of toxic steam being sprayed by new toxic-spring geysers, giving this biome a sauna like atmosphere. This gas also poisons any entities or players that make contact with it, so be careful! Aside from toxic smog, this biome is home to many poisonous lakes, strange plants, and less than cheerful creatures. Perhaps thorny bushes and flowers can be found sprouting on the ground and ceiling of this biome, or even a strange new dragonfly-like creature buzzing around the shores of the various toxic lakes!

Addendum I: Wearing a helmet enchanted with respiration could make you immune to the effects of the toxic steam, and act as a gas mask of sorts.

    Toxic Water sounds like it would be fun to make traps with if player got their hands on it.

    Finally a challenging biome to just be in although you shouldn't be able to spawn in it when making a new world though cuz u would just die over and over again

    I like this idea but there would be too much in it. This should be a dimension, not just a biome.

    I think a toxic mob stood be in there caves at drop a toxic bush a when you put it in a smithing table and croches and right clicks they let of a toxic explodeshen and they can spawn at night
