Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Capacitor

I did some research for this, but according to wikipedia, lightning rods store energy in something called a capacitor. They can be made from glass, air, paper, plastic, ceramic, or even a semiconductor depletion region. But, I think for Minecraft, instead of adding new items, I think we should craft them from Amethyst Shards on the top center and top bottom of the crafting table and copper in the center, while glass in the remaining slots.

    I think there should be a Redstone Capacitor/Battery that stores redstone charges like a Respawn Anchor. When activated it could release a level, or it could release all of it's levels once it gets full

    I love this idea. Maybe it could be like a comparator, with 3 copper rods that can go up and down. You could have it absorb Redstone signal from any sides with a down copper rod, and then release all the signal from the empty side when it has enough that it matches with the signal strength from any up copper rods.
