The spyglass should load further chunks

I know Java got the very first 1.17 snapshot, but I noticed the spyglass didn't load further chunks. I think this feature should be added because of its realism. It's just like looking into space or looking for new land in real life. Unless there is a complication with that, I would like to see that for adventuring reasons. I hope Mojang sees this.
