Make goats eat every plant in the game

Make goats eat flowers, grass, and maybe even paper. They seem to do things like that normally.

  Only if the plants regrow, otherwise you have a griefer mob.

  Bro, I just remembered now: aren't goats the animals that just freeze like a statue when scared (the smol ones, I think)?

  This works but only if you lower the rate of which it eats a lot or else we have enderman but worse.
