Blizzards

I think it would be a fine addition to the game if when the weather is set to thunder, it would cause a blizzard in biomes that snow. The blizzard would slightly push you back so it would be a bit more difficult to walk around and it would be a bit harder to see.

    also avalanches that could maybe be triggered by the goat horn. seen this avalanche thing on another post. I just wanted to make sure people new about it because it doesn't have very many likes yet

    You should still be able to skip it, like thunder, by using a bed

    I like the idea. In addition to wind, frostbite and lower visibility, blizzards could also increase the spawning of strays. Perhaps the worst effects of the blizzard should only happen high up in the mountains to avoid discouraging players from building in other cold biomes.

    I totally agree, a blizzard would be awesome. However, I think instead physical wind, it should instead just play auditory wind, and apply the freezing effect from powder snow if you aren't near a light source. Similar to powder snow, leather armor would increase the time to freeze as well.
