Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Chainmail Reduces Critical hit damage

Chainmail has been a really weird armor set that is really ever worn by monsters so i think giving it Critical damage resistance is a good idea. Giving hostile mobs with chainmail resistance to Critical hits gives them a nice subtle buff while at the same time not affecting pvp much since players will have much more powerful weapons and armor that they will prefer. At the same time it would be useful for early game players who want to stay safe from others. A full set of chainmail armor could add up to make a set that is almost completely uneffected by the extra Critical hit damage.
