Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

The Great Hammer

This is an item that would utilize the new copper ore. The crafting recipe would be 5 copper blocks and 2 wooden sticks. The hammer can be used as a weapon with high knockback and deals 7 damage at a time, with a long weapon cooldown.

However it has a unique ability in that you can rightclick a block and it gets pushed back like a piston pushed it. It would be able to push a maximum of 3 blocks at a time. Right click a block that has 4 or more block behind it or an immovable block would instead create a shockwave that knocks back mobs around the area of the shockwave.

This would be a useful weapon for a unique combat style but also is good for redstone machines and cavefinding.

    I had the exact same idea! It would also fit in with the Combat and Tinkering focus in 1.21.
