Block variants of natural (or player-made) blocks depending on the surrounding environment.
- Any block placed in a swamp biome or if placed underwater after some time would have a chance to convert to a mossy variant of that block. This would add atmosphere to water builds and allow for better structure generation such as shipwrecks.
- Wood that has caught fire would turned into a charred wood block, which could be crafted or directly broken into charcoal, (an item not used much in the game).
- Sand or soil variants for enhanced biome blending. For example: Sandy soil could naturally generate on the borders of deserts to create a gradient between biomes.
