Making a glow potion would also make glow tipped arrows, but we already have spectral arrows, so no on the potion.⁶

The Warden doesn't have any eyes though so it's not sensitive to any source of light.

I think this would be specifically useful in those cases where you lose your friends in the caves and u squint for 10 minutes trying to find their nametag. This way you can find each other easily and in a fun way

I think this is a great idea but the potions might be a bit too far.

I really like the potion idea. I think splash portions would be great for PvP and PvE in a tight/crowded area.

It would be cool if foxes started glowing too after eating them, either starting to become affected by the glowing potion effect or glowing like the recently added glowsquids

You could also make it so that when you have the glow affect you produce light the higher level the potion the brighter the light emitted from you.

Glowing players should not affect wardens.
Instead, the splash potion created from glowberries should create a sort of "flashbang," where you can blind both players in close proximity looking in the general direction of the impact AND cause damage to the warden. Since spectral arrows add glowing to it, they too should deal a small percentage of additional hurt to the wardens

I voted for this idea because it would force them to add glowing and spectral arrows to bedrock. Maybe they could expand the /scoreboard command on bedrock so it's the same as java too? Anyway, voted!

That would OP. How about adding that the glowberry can be enchanted and after enchanting you can night vision like the bats.

This could put the glow effect into minecraft bedrock edition

However, the glowing effect obtained by eating the glowberry should attract all hostile mobs within a certain radius, as they too will be able to spot the player through blocks. This would also make the lush caves a bit more challenging for players unaware of the glowberries' effect.

This would give you the glow effect so your gonna be glowing for 10 mins. And there is a potion for that too :D

Maybe you can craft glow berries into a throwable item, so you can throw it and it makes a temporary light source. Perhaps glow berries + slime ball to make a glow ball?

I like the idea that glowberries can be more useful, but night vision doesn't make sense logically--neither does the spectral outline. I think what would make complete sense, however, is that when consumed, player would emit light level 7, which would then be reduced by one level every few seconds or so.

Player skin would also render at max(glow light level, environment light level), since they are glowing from the inside.

Maybe not the glowing effect but a new effect that makes you litterally glow, so you emmit light and your body turns yellow. I don't know if it is very clear...

It will also be very helpful for mining because you don't have to place torches!
