In Minecraft, when you beat a boss, such as the ender dragon, all you get isn’t a egg as a trophy. I think that is you beat a rare mob or boss, you would get an ability. For example, say you beat the elder guardian, you would get its ability to give mining fatigue and shoot the beam thing. This would apply to some mobs such as... Ender Dragon (Fireball), Wither (Melee Mode Charge), Elder Guardian (Beam and Mining Fatigue), Evoker (Fang), Shulker (Levitation Bullet), and Warden, where you would get blindness and deal insane amounts of damage. When you use these abilities, you have them for an unlimited amount of time. BUT, to use them it costs experience and the ability has a cool-down. The amount of experience needed and the length of the cool-down depends on the ability. Thank you for reading my idea for mob abilities!
