Make Trapdoors easier to craft

Right Now, Trapdoors are more expensive to make than doors. 6 planks can make 3 doors, while 6 planks can make two trapdoors. This makes no sense, since two trapdoors stacked up make one door, which means trapdoors are 3x as more expensive than doors. 

We should:

A: Change the trapdoor recipe so it gives 6 trapdoors and not 2

B: Change the trapdoor recipe so it is made with 3 planks stacked VERTICALLY and it will make 3 or 4 trapdoors

Since Minecraft has rejected vertical slabs, this should not be a problem

 

Please make this change for Iron Trapdoors too.
