Vexes can spawn in the soulsand valley

The soulsand valley just feels like the perfect place for a vex. A vex is basically just a soul/ghost. But having vexes in the soulsand valley would make things a little hard. So, to balance it out, maybe for every 15 ghasts/20 skeletons in the soulsand valley a vex could spawn? I don't know. The idea of vexes in the soulsand valley just makes sense to me.

    While it could be annoying, it would be a neat hint for the untold lore and be sense making, since soul sand and soul soil are made with souls and it can mean that some of those could flee to hunt you down as vexes.
