I personally think they’re already a bit powerful they don’t need to be more as it showed it’s intended for early game, a bit too powerful if anything.

For large projects, there are the Shulker Box and Ender Chests.

But, it would be interesting if there are Bundles of different levels, something like the ones that villagers have when leveling up. From 32, 64 and 128 max, more would be quite unbalanced.
Or maybe yes, but very very difficult to find, even more so than enchanted apples.

I think a shulker box full of bundles will be very useful

The upgrades for the bundles would probably require diamond or emerald blocks. To not be way to powerful

I feel that a single Bundle should be able to carry up to 3-4 stacks of items.

I was thinking of the enchantment idea. With two levels with (the enchantment name)I giving you +32 space and (the enchantment name)II giving you +64 bundle space. This should be a treasure or villager enchantment and not something from the enchantment table

I actually like the item cap in bundles, but I would love to be able to reach into a bundle and take an item of choice, not just the 'last' item in.

Honestly I think just increasing the default bundle size is fine, but maybe restricting the number you can carry at once and only allowing empty bundles in storage. I've found them pretty useful for managing my inventory but if it had 256 slots at most, they'd be perfect

I was wary of the usefulness of bundles when I first heard about them, but actually using them makes me realize how useful they are. All those times I went mining in pre-bundle times, I'd be stuck with small amounts of stackables, like different ores and flowers, but now I can merge together any stackables into a bundle. This has greatly extended my mining trips.

Also this is the most powerful when it comes to carrying things like maps, before if you wanted to carry umpteen different maps, your best solution was bringing a shulker box, but now this is where bundle as actually even more powerful than a shulker box, being able to carry 64 different maps as opposed to 27! Maybe you wanna start a variety farm or something, and you can put in all different crop/seed/vine/tree types into one bundle for easy packaging, could have 64 different types of growables in 1 bundle (idk if there's even that many kinds).

It's not too powerful but it has a definite advantage over shulker box, being able to consolidate different stackables into 1 slot. Only improvement would be the ability to pick a specific item out instead of the last one, or just dropping all. I don't think it needs an expansion, as useful as that sounds to have, it would be stepping on shulker box too much.

One last thing, I initially dreaded getting the materials for making bundles because rabbits are semi rare and hard to catch, but it took me a long while to realize that cats can gift you string and rabbit hides!
