Make block entities render the same as regular entities.

As of 1.16, you can now change the distance that entities will stay rendered. So if you wanted to be able to see entities from much farther away, you now can. Although what I have noticed is that this does not work for block entities. Even at the default entity render distance, it is around twice as much as the render distance for block entities. for example, if you travel just 50 blocks away all chests, beds, and entities in mob spawners will disappear. As a data pack creator, I have utilized mob spawners specifically to create new blocks, but they unrender at a very short distance. If the render distance for all block entities could just be made the same as other entities, it would be very helpful.

    Sicne signs are now adays often used for a seperate slider to the one for normal entities would be nice;
    Kind of straneg that you can render cows and minecarts etc over hundered of blocks (moving even with simulation distance) but cant display sign for over 64 blocks;

    Since there is no sperate slider i aks myself if this would actually be considered a bug
