The Midnight zone would be based on the real midnight zone in are own ocean. The Midnight biome would spawn in the deep ocean biome at Y-34 to Y-7. As you swim downwards into the abyss it will get so dark you won't be able to see anything, not even the surface light. As you head down into the abyss your oxygen will decrease faster and faster the lower you are in the Midnight Zone. To fight against this problem you would need a diver helmet. But around you on the walls scattered across the walls of the Midnight zone, there are glowing ores called "Neo ore". These ores can glow many colors (Example - Neon purple) these Neo ores would drop "Neo shards" which could be used to make "Glow sticks" and "Neo Blocks" which would both glow their respected color depending on the color shards you use. This Midnight biome would also spawn scary hostile ocean monsters (Example - Giant Angler fish) but this would also bring some neutral mobs (Example - Sting Rays that would spawn near the top of the midnight zone). But this could be a safe place for some peaceful Mobs like the recent 2020 Mob vote winner the "Glow Squid", but this biome would be a scary and uncertain experience that would keep you on your toes because of the abundance of hostile mobs compared to other biomes. The Midnight zone would also feature sunken ships and other unknown structures. These structures wouldn't have your basic loot, these structures would hold rarer items that are hard to get.
