Adding amethist and copper to armor via smithing table

    Amethyst, I'm sure it would be good for upgrading the armor but Copper i don't think so.

    They even could add more geodes/gemstones that have specific "enchantments" tied to them. Ones that dont exist or would be too overpowered or unique if they werent mutually exclusive. For example, sapphires could be added to your boots and when walking on lava you could turn it to stone like you were a water block and on a tool could give it a faster speed when underwater. Adding an emerald or emerald block to armor could give you a discount with villagers. Amber could be used on tools to slow down enemies when hit with a tool. Copper or a redstone block could give make the player give a redstone signal when they walk

    No copper upgrading just shiny amethyst

    I think there should be a gem for each color that isn't Yellow, light blue, Lghish green or white because of ores that are already there.  Amethyst ore should be very shiny!
