Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Swamp Cabbage

Cabbage would be a wonderful addition to Minecraft. They would be found in swamps and would be very rare. They would take a very long time to grow, and would only drop 1 cabbage and 2 cabbage seeds when fully grown. They are very hard to farm.  

When eaten they would give you 2 hunger back, and a chance of 10 seconds of blindness.

    That would be a great new change to farming, another idea would be that all crops would have their own wild form if planted on grass.
