Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Phantom Membranes should be found in loot chests

Phantom membranes should be found in chests around the Minecraft world. They would be found in dungeon chests, woodland mansion chests, and pillager outpost chests.  Phantom membranes are one of the most useful items in Minecraft. Phantom membranes repair your elytra when they're broken and they can make slow falling potions. If the world you are playing on is peaceful mode you can't get the phantom membranes and you have to find new elytra all the time.

    if youre playing on peaceful mode you very likely cannot get an elytra at all
