Crying Obsidian

Crying Obsidian and normal Obsidian should both be able to be used in making nether portals.

    A portal made of crying obsidian will release unstable energy and it will explode if players try to walk through it.

    Portals made using crying obsidian should have no passive pigmen spawns.
