Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Jungle Ore

(I don't have name for this ore, so I am just called it "Jungle" ore.)

I think this new ore could be included in a cave update. This ore would allow you to put potion effects on weapons or food! The ore would also generate in caves that are under jungles. When mined, you would get crystals. You could smelt these crystals in a furnace and get "Jungle" dust. Using jungle dust, you can make a new block called "The Alchemy Table". This table would let you put potion effects on weapons and food! This would make combat really interesting, since you can give your enemy's weakness, slowness, or even poison! You could also prank your friends by giving them a poisoned cake.

    I LOVE this idea! I think it could be like some sort of crystalline plant fiber too, idk why but that’s just the first idea that came to mind. On top of adding effects to food and items, you could imbue weapons and armor too maybe? But those probably only for a limited amount of time, otherwise it might get too OP

    It could be called jade. The aztecs believed the gemstone to be a rock that resembled tlaloc, (pantheon God of the rain) and that could be the reason of the magical properties, it could plate things like netherite does, but if you enchant a jade tool it could give you a special enchantment that brings rain, or if you put it on a hoe it could make the ground fertile without water, *end of thinking capacity*
